Hosted by The Spine for a packed full-team session, bringing together north, south and national teams, the day included updates from chairman Alan Robson, ops director Steve Rossiter and regional leads – Connor McIlroy, Rikky Singh Hunjan and Nancy Cernik – plus an inspiring (and entertaining) session from Eddie (the Eagle) Edwards

Alan also shared progress and an update on the rollout of P4’s 2–5 year plan, and how things are developing across the regions. The day gave everyone the space to sound off, challenge P4, give feedback and tell P4 what they can do better.

Nothing was off the table.

I expect to see P4 high up the league tables of Best Places To Work this year and for very good reason.
