These are the life skills that shape habits, health, mindset, and future choices.
Too many things in society work against our wellbeing — stress, junk food, poverty, and easy access to harmful habits.
Our habits are formed early, and they’re hard to change later in life.
That’s why I believe teaching children these foundations early is one of the most powerful ways to build healthier communities for the future. At An Hour For Others, this is something I feel deeply passionate about.
