Great to see client and friend John Bullock (Mr Flow). Motivational Coach and Speaker.‘s popularity at the inaugural Liverpool Book Festival at the weekend – organised by Justin Hopper.

The photograph attached is a special one given the huge amount of education that lives in the minds and experiences of John and the Lord Mayor of Liverpool Barbara Murray who launched the Festival.

John’s story has only partly been told…from British kick boxing champion in the 1980’s to selling his property firm for a life changing sum.

His success really is a triumph over adversity given his humble beginnings.

And he remains as humble as a lamb.

Barbara is equally humble and she is a constant tour de force.

Her achievements in education are being put to great use in driving the city’s #chainreaction campaign, focused on enabling young people acquiring the skills to get better jobs in the city, alleviating family poverty.

Next time you see them at a networking event, maybe just ask them for one piece of worldly advice.

That’s what I like to do when I’m with people of the calibre of John and Barbara.
