Critiquing communications on socials in 2025, it’s been quite the year for hyperbole.

Which makes working with people who walk the walk so incredibly satisfying.

I’m fortunate to be surrounded by many people of this ilk amongst my clients and I’ll make mention of each of them soon.

Today and given she’s been shortlisted for another award, here’s a hat tip to Natalie Reeves Billing DL FRSA.

Natalie walks the walk to the extent that she’s a role model to many women in this city and the wider region too. This has been voiced to me many times over and particularly this year.

They say that to be a role model, you need to act with integrity, respect, and honesty, while also being accountable and persistent.

A good role model for me emulates positive behaviours, sets and pursues goals, and communicates respectfully.

Consistency is key too, that’s Natalie, she always shows up. Sometimes too much but she won’t mind me saying that.

Her actions always align with her words, and she’s not afraid to show humility by admitting mistakes and learning from them.

She treats everyone with kindness and respect, and stands up for what is right.

Natalie is convalescing right now but she’s learnt to embrace resilience and overcome challenges that few know anything about whilst maintaining a positive outlook.

If you’ve met her whilst out networking, you’ll know she literally radiates positive energy and in business as a social entrepreneur, focuses on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems.

As I mentioned earlier, Natalie is a source of support and inspiration to many. She’s a good listener too, encourages growth in others, and is highly empathetic and self-aware.

Her authenticity has helped her build trust and strong relationships internationally.
