We’re really looking forward to attending Insider’s Liverpool City Region Property Awards 2024 this week.
It’s for several reasons.
Our client Nicholson Group has been shortlisted for their work in rejuvenating the listed Beecham’s Building, a site of great historical interest in St Helen’s.
The Awards are being held at the Titanic Hotel, Stanley Dock.
Many of our Linkedin contacts are nationally-based so it’s worth pointing out that the Docklands area in Liverpool stretches many miles and carries with it a rich history.
With Everton’s stadium now dominating the skyline at Bramley Dock, a critical mass of leisure and city living now emerging nearby, we can’t help but be reminded that it was only 30 years ago when perhaps Liverpool’s most iconic Dock area, the Albert Dock was saved.
And what a beauty she is…as photographed from client Lunyalita.
Roll on this Thursday evening and the chance for Liverpool to show off its splendour again.
Looking forward to seeing many of our regeneration colleagues there on the night.
