Hospitality Operator Bringing Back the WOW to City Scene

An experienced hospitality operator with just under two decades of success in the industry has secured multiple contracts with Liverpool businesses looking to enhance personal and team development programmes as the city gears up for Eurovision 2023.

Entrepreneur Jamie Wray’s Ways To Wow programmes are aimed at bringing exceptional customer and employee experiences back to the city’s emerging bar, restaurant and hotel culture following the devastating effects of the pandemic.

As Jamie explained: “We have already secured contracts with more than a dozen city brands alongside running a fully funded leadership programme over the past six months.”

“Hospitality brands we’ve been supporting at Ways To Wow include Gino D’campo Hotels & Leisure, ACC Liverpool, Mamasan, Zenn, Epic Apartments & Hotels, Antonios Bar & Grill and Luban.”

Such is Jamie’s passion for his brand and its purpose, they have also begun attracting prestigious clients from outside hospitality including Hill Dickinson, Solo Cars and Spire Healthcare.

“Our clients, regardless of sector all share a common thread, they have a genuinely progressive wellbeing outlook on improving their workplace culture and customer/client experience.”

Jamie’s team has now formalised its approach given all their success to date by creating a WOW Leadership Event aimed at engaging, educating and inspiring Liverpool hospitality and other sector industry leaders.

“It’s about leveling up our city’s customer experience standards and leadership methods by mastering a wow mentality for 2023,” added Jamie.
