Wellbeing, Movement and Beach Boxing Sessions Gather Momentum

A well-being coach’s beach boxing sessions are one of our favourite go-to things to do on a Friday in New Brighton.

‘Lifestyle medicine’ is how one regional media outlet recently described beach boxing put together by John Bullock who has more than three decades of subject knowledge under his belt.

John who runs maintains that “it’s a time just for you, your body to move, with total focus and free of disruption with no social media and in the fresh ocean air.”

Sessions are FREE and takes place every Friday 7:15 till 8:00 at New Brighton beach. “Be in the moment and find your FLOW” adds John.
