
Yesterday on World Mental Health Day saw Day Ten and the culmination of the 8 Wise Wellness Challenge.
Author and Curator of 8Wise Kim Rutherford referred to it as the dreaded ‘E’ word, Exercise! The challenge was to try your hand at a new form of exercise! “Maybe you’ve always wanted to try Pilates, Zumba or Yoga,” said Kim.
“This will help your physical wellness as it will get your body moving and emotional wellness as you will feel great from the happy endorphins released.”
