On behalf of Andy Nolan and Peter Melling, joint managing directors of client Nolan Group – I thought the launch of the Woolton Golf Society may be of interest to you, colleagues and/or contacts reading this blog?

The inaugural Nolan Group Golf Day takes place tomorrow Thursday 16th July 2026 at Woolton Golf Club and is virtually full to capacity.

There are further dates in place now that you can book on and they will largely replicate tomorrow which looks like this:

Event Schedule

11:30am – Arrival, registration, bacon roll and tea/coffee

12:00pm – Opportunity to use the practice facilities, warm up and meet fellow attendees

12:45pm – Welcome, team announcements and briefing

1:04pm – First tee (Texas Scramble team format)

Approximately 5:00pm – Return to the clubhouse for post-round sandwiches, Chips, tea and coffee

Cost

£15.00 – Woolton Golf Club Members

£45.00 – Visitors

The Price Includes

Bacon roll and tea/coffee on arrival

18 holes of golf

Post-round sandwiches, chips, tea and coffee

The day has been designed to bring together a group of like-minded individuals for an enjoyable and relaxed round of golf, with the opportunity to get to know one another in an informal setting.
Whilst valuable business relationships may naturally develop over time, the Society is not intended to be a formal networking group.
Nolan Group wants to build a community, the focus simply being bringing together good people who enjoy golf, appreciate good company and value lasting relationships.

Future dates are July 30th, August 13th, 27th, September 10th and 24th.
